Housekeeping poorly maintained the bathroom cleanliness.

A very comfortable, clean,well-managed Holiday Inn. Fairly good location with free parking. Quite pricey but I guess that is the norm for any city these days.

Pricey.

The position was comfy, restaurants and a zoo are near the hotel. The venue was clean with helpful staff.

Spacious King Rooms, Heated Indoor Pool, Laundry Room Facility

The noise levels from the highway were bothersome!!! Quite a walk to Downtown for amenities and attractions. The wifi connectivity needs a boost, as it was spotty throughout my stay!!!

Just a suitable option for a brief stopover in Chattanooga with good value considering price it charged. Staff was polite, and Marquita at the front desk made check-in very easy. Make sure to enjoy the pool area for some relaxation.

Room was neat & clean. Hotel was downtown, near the sites that we toured in Chattanooga. Staff was very cordial to all of us.

Everything was great during our brief stay.

Greatly enjoyed well furnished standard king room with a view, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The location was particularly good and the room was fairly clean. All the employees were highly efficient and smiled at me.

For dads, it would be great to have more breakfast seating available.

Good selection for breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean. We were traveling by boat and didn't realize how far away we were from the dock, but if this hotel were closer, we would choose to stay there again. Would recommend hotel to other friends that would be driving. Best price we could find on line, staff was friendly.

Not as close to area we wanted, but the price was best we could find on line. Just had to walk little extra. At check out, huge problem with charges, but when I called back after we left, spoke with Joslyn and she helped us straighten it out - extremely professional and kind and made me feel much better about the charges.

It was close to dinning and attractions. There was a fireworks display in town I got to enjoy from my room. The lady at the front desk was nice, but a little "aloof".

The parking. There's no way any business needs that many handicap parking spaces, and I'm handicap.

Comfortable Stay Close to Downtown

We enjoyed our night in this spacious room. The kids loved the free breakfast options, especially the sausage gravy, though it was inconsistent on weekends. A quick drive to downtown sights. Pro tip, try to avoid the strong detergent smell on the bedding!

Location

The bedside lamps could not be used without turning on the overhead lights. Defeats the purpous of having them.

Relatively easy to find & quite close to a number of Chattanooga's attractions. The hotel was much better than we expected given some of the previous reviews that I read.Checking in & out was very quick & easy & the reception staff were very friendly. We had a King room which was a good size with a very comfortable bed and it was quiet. Breakfasts were very good & the dining area was quite spacious with additional outside seating also. Internet services were available in a small business room with 2 computers/PCs available. We stayed in a number of similar type hotels across Tennessee(including another hiex in Memphis) and we felt this was one of the better ones.You could also have a proper 'English' cup of tea!

Not a lot on the negative side other than a small car parking charge of $3 for each of the two days we were there which was not clear at the time of booking. However given the location which eliminated any driving/taxis this is reasonable.
